BREVE HISTÓRICO
The National Industrial Apprenticeship of the State of Santa Catarina - SENAI, is an entity of the System FIESC, directly linked to the industrial history of Santa Catarina. At the beginning of the activities of the SENAI, a large industrial census was conducted, demonstrating the need for urgent action would change the state of the industry at the time. The survey found that the state of Santa Catarina had many initiatives in different industrial segments, but most without specific authorization, so run without any training. From there, he was given urgency to create a competency matrix that could meet the needs of industry and represent an opportunity for industrial expansion, in which the state of Santa Catarina displayed a clear bias. Since its inception, SENAI has described more than 1 million and 500 thousand employees and the recognition of the competence of the institution demonstrated by statistics provided by the labor market, where most of the graduates of professional education courses, are employed. |
